A concept watch that tracks social success

This tool analyzes—in real-time—positive, negative and neutral posts and comments on social media sites vis-à-vis a client’s brand. It is useful for speedy management decision-making. As well as providing quantitative data, it is also capable of tracking the content of each individual comment. Hence, clients may browse qualitative data, such as comments taken directly from social media services.
Initially, SOCIAL TICKER was developed for use in marketing and advertising programs, but it has potential for application beyond social media data sources to other large-scale data streams.
