The Pride Index evaluates the efforts of companies and other organizations to foster and support workplaces in which members of the LGBTQ+ community find it rewarding to work. It is based on the following five indicators.
- Policy (policies and action plans)
- Representation (representation of the LGBTQ+ community)
- Inspiration (awareness raising)
- Development (human resources development systems and programs)
- Engagement and Empowerment (employee engagement and empowerment programs; social contributions; public relations)
