Dentsu Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Toshihiro Yamamoto, Capital: 74,609.81 million yen) announced today that the Company has elected eight executive professionals for fiscal 2019. Initiated in January 2018, the Executive Professional System recognizes outstanding talent and superior levels of expertise.

Dentsu selects talented individuals with exceptionally high levels of expertise in a specific area who have made significant contributions to the Company. These persons are thus appointed executive professionals.

1. Chief Executive Professional (CEP)
2. Senior Prime Executive Professional (SPEP)
3. Prime Executive Professional (PEP)
4. Executive Professional (EP)

There are four grades, each with a term of office extending one year (January to December). Executive professionals are appointed each year.

The following eight people will be appointed on January 1, 2019 (appointments are held together with current positions).

By providing a position or environment equivalent to or more than that of an executive officer the system's focus is to leverage these individuals' expertise further to deliver more innovative solutions.
