Dentsu Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Toshihiro Yamamoto, Capital: 74,609.81 million) resolved at its Board of Directors meeting today that Tim Andree, member of the board and executive officer of Dentsu Inc. and executive chairman of Dentsu Aegis Network, the global business headquarters, has been appointed to serve concurrently as chief executive officer (CEO) of Dentsu Aegis Network effective January 1, 2019.

Jerry Buhlmann, the current CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network, will formally step down from the position on December 31, 2018 and continue to work as special advisor to Dentsu Inc. effective January 1, 2019.

Going forward, Dentsu Aegis Network will continue to pursue sustainable growth while maintaining strong momentum and stability under Executive Chairman and CEO Tim Andree.
