As announced in the news release dated November 14, 2019 "Dentsu Announces Group Management Structure and Prospective Executive Members for FY2020"*, the current Dentsu Inc. will shift to a pure holding company on January 1, 2020, and whose trade name will be changed to Dentsu Group Inc. At the same time, Dentsu Group Inc. will establish an in-house company, Dentsu Japan Network that will empower individual entities and employees in the Group to create value and innovation in the Japan business. Concurrently, the Dentsu Japan Network Board (Chairman: Hiroshi Igarashi), will be established to provide the platform for leading the business in Japan.

In the same news release dated November 14, the Company announced the appointment of the chairman and ten members of the Dentsu Japan Network Board. Today the Company announces the additional appointment of Ryoichi Nawa, President, CEO & COO of Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd. (ISID). The term of office is one year from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, the same period as the other members.

While respecting the independence of listed companies in the Group, Dentsu Group Inc. will become a "teaming company" and offer new value to clients, employees, and the shareholders of Dentsu Group Inc. and those of the listed companies in the Group, in addition to creating value for all of society.
