  1. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company shifted to a remote work operation from late February in 2020 and all employees were temporarily managed under the de facto working hour system whenever they worked remotely from late February to October in 2020. Because of this, the calculations of total hours worked per employee and hours in excess of statutory work hours per employee for January-September in 2020 include the de facto working hours and are different from the same period of the other years.
  2. The figures include the number of holidays taken using the Company’s special holiday system such as the “Special Consecutive Vacation Days” and the “Refreshment Holidays”.
  3. The figures represent the number of consultations brought from all offices to the harassment consultation desk set up in the Company’s Human Resources Division during the relevant periods. The cases were not necessarily identified by the Company as instances of actual harassment.

The next report is scheduled for May 2022 and will cover the results of 2022 Q1 (January-March).
